Pen & Parchment, Stratford-Upon-Avon
Following the latest government guidance in England to halt the continued growth in Coronavirus cases, we will sadly be closing our doors at the Pen & Parchment Hotel from 4th November. It's only goodbye for now, and we will miss you! If you have a future booking, find out more about cancellations on our Coronavirus updates.
Keeping you and our team members safe is what’s most important to us. When we can reopen again, we will continue to live by our PUBSAFE Promises.
The Pen & Parchment is one of our outstanding properties. So expect the highest quality hospitality, fantastic menu and room choices, and full hotel service in a unique, premium location.
The Pen & Parchment has been a well-known landmark in Stratford Upon Avon since the days of its most famous resident, William Shakespeare. It’s certainly seen plenty over the years. Even the wisteria winding across the front of the building is 150 years old. While inside you’ll find a wooden pillar taken from a ship captained by Nelson. Now lovingly refurbished, this 17th Century inn beautifully blends traditional features with the latest décor.
All online bookings made online will also save 20% off food at our hotel restaurant during their entire stay. T&Cs apply.
Book With Confidence: All online bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12pm on the day of arrival. Plus, you don't need to make any payments until you check-in (just book with card to secure your booking). You may notice some differences in our hotels that are designed to keep you and our team safe and so your can enjoy a short break just like before.
Alongside our 5 key Pub Safe promises - we have taken extra measures to ensure all rooms are fully cleaned before you arrive: Enhanced cleaning, disinfecting of all hand contact services, reduced paper literature, anti-viral washing of all towels and linens and frequent cleaning of common areas.
