At Windmill Farm we specialise in meetings & events. Our meeting rooms can be tailored to any specification to fit your needs, from large 250-person conferences to small and cosy meetings for 20 people, breakout rooms are also available on request. We offer free parking, electric vehicle charging, and free Wi-Fi, so why not enjoy a business get-together in our newly refurbished conference room and/or meeting rooms.
Windmill Farm is located just five miles from Lincoln and is only a 15-minute walk from Hykeham train station We also have close links to the M1 and are just 49 miles from East Midlands Airport making it a great spot to get together.
Our meeting spaces come equipped with a built-in projector, projector screen, surround sound and microphones. We provide all necessary equipment, such as extension cables, HDMI leads, flip charts, and pens, along with an easy-to-use projector remote and pointer, to make your meeting with us as seamless as possible!

Day Delegate Rates
Day delegate rates are available for all your needs; we offer an inclusive package for delegates, starting from just £10. Our delegate rates include room hire, food, cold and hot refreshments to meet your specific needs. Please see our day delegate rates below:
- Day Delegate Rate Inc Food: £20
- Day Delegate Rate Ex Food: £10
Both rates include room hire, host, lectern with microphone, tables, chairs, table linen, projector, stationery, flip carts, tea & coffee station and table water.
Additional Hire
We can offer a stage if needed for an additional £200.
Additional staff are also available if needed for £20 per hour. Each meeting booking includes a host who will welcome your guests, replenish your beverage stations and serve your food. Additional staff are available to hire for larger functions when the constant use of our P.A system is required.
