It is with great sadness we are calling last orders in all our pubs and hotels for the time being, given the escalation of the Coronavirus crisis.
Thanks to our amazing team members who have been doing a great job over recent weeks in increasingly challenging circumstances.
Arriving before or on 3rd July? - your booking has been cancelled
If your booking is pay on arrival, there is no further action required.
If you have prepaid for your booking, you will receive an automatic refund on or before your arrival date. If you haven’t received your refund after the date you were due to arrive, please call our reservations team on 0345 60 86 040.
Arriving after 4th July?
Your booking hasn't been cancelled yet. We will be reviewing how long we're closed for alongside the Government advice. If you would like to amend your booking, please contact our Customer Relations team on 0345 60 86 040
While our hotels are closed, we are looking at other ways we can support our customers and our intention, with government approval, is to offer a takeaway and delivery service from some of our pubs. This is already available in all our Metropolitan pubs in London and some of our Greene King and Hungry Horse pubs across the country and we will expand this over the coming weeks, allowing more people to enjoy the pub experience at home while they are socially distancing.
